If you are seeking a slow, mindfulness approach to yoga then why not try one of my classes. Each yoga class is a combination of breathing techniques, postures and meditation. I work with you to bring an awareness to your body and to your breath, helping you to improve your flexibility and strength. Enjoy 75 minutes of yoga at your own pace in a calm environment. As you progress from week-to-week you will begin to feel the many health benefits yoga offers.
